Cloud Infrastructure Engineer / 2nd / 3rd Line Engineer x 2 An excellent role has become available at a rapidly growing cloud based IT services company for a 2nd / 3rd line Technical Support Engineer / Infrastructure Engineer, working with a range of technologies including Windows Servers and OS, VMware and Cloud Technologies. You will be working on the latest technology in an innovative environment. The company has seen significant growth year on year and are looking for two 2nd / 3rd line technical support engineers / infrastructure engineers, to work with a range of customers on hosted desktop and cloud solutions. The complexity of the role will vary depending on current experience, but will involve support and project / installation based work. RequirementsThe ideal candidate will need to demonstrate a passion for technology and be keen to learn. You would ideally have experience / knowledge of (not all essential):Windows Server and OS VMWareActive Directory NetappAzure/AWS/Any cloud Storage / Backup DevicesFirewallsNetworking / Routing / SwitchingGeneral troubleshootingA 'can do' attitude is a must and the successful 2nd / 3rd Line Technical Support Engineers / Infrastructure Engineers will have the opportunity to fast track their career both in terms of knowledge and responsibilities. This rapidly expanding business will present opportunities for both more senior technical and/or leadership opportunities in the future. Professional certifications will be encouraged and funded.
