Field Application Engineer required for a global provider of high speed interconnect IP solutions. This role will be based in Austin, Texas. ResponsibilitiesMinimum two years’ experience working directly with customersExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenComfortable working remotely including field debugging of customer platformsDemonstrating evaluation platforms at Customers, trade shows, or conferencesBachelor's degree in EE, CE, or CSRequirements
SerDes knowledgeHigh-speed test equipmentLogic AnalysersProtocol knowledge (USB, PCIe, Ethernet)Firmware programming (C-language preferred)Scripting skills (Python preferred)Familiarity with Schematic Capture and PCB layout EDA toolsMaster’s degree in EE, CE, or CS
