Agile Business Analyst - 2 year FTCWarrington
Salary up to £44,000 + 20% bonus

An established software house going through a large transformation around their applications are looking to grow the current team. Working in an Agile way, the business has a number of teams/pods working on a range of new projects and software solutions. They also host their applications in the Cloud / Azure Solution.
The salary comes with a 20% bonus which is based on individual performance, 10% pension, healthcare etc.
The business offers a flexible working environment with flexible start/end times and 2-3 days from home a week (after Covid). The business is located just off the M6/M60 and offer free on-site parking and excellent benefits.
They are looking for an experienced Fixed Term Business Analyst wit good Agile experience to join their development team working on greenfield projects. The project is due to take 2 years at least.
My client are undergoing a huge transformation programme to implement a range of products with some bespoke developments and integrations. At the same time, they are also moving towards cloud-based architecture, and so this is a really exciting time to join the company.
To support this journey they are expanding our Business Analysis team. The Analysts sit within their new Technology and Change department, and the sucessful hire will play a vital role in helping the business identify the changes needed to processes and systems, and driving these through to business delivery.
Key skills:
* Previous experience as a Software Business Analyst or Product Owner
* Strong Agile/Scrum advocate
* Experience of working in a multi disciplinary software team
* Experience of using modern software delivery tools such as Jira, Confluence, Trello, etc
* BCS qualification would be an advantage
* Excellent stakeholder management
* Knowledge of modelling business processes
FTC salary is up to £44,000 + 20% bonus and regular work from home options.
