Agresso Systems Analyst Experis are currently recruiting for a Agresso Systems Analyst on a contract basis for a central government client in Manchester. The successful candidate will be responsible for the design, development and delivery of solutions using our Agresso ERP platform. They will work closely with all stakeholders on continuous improvement opportunities, planning and implementing solutions that will deliver additional benefits to the organisation. Responsibilities To perform day to day support for the deployed Agresso ERP system, providing support for DESKTOP and WEB users where required.Troubleshoot issues as required and liaise with software providers if necessary.To support the implementation of product updates/upgrades and participate in end to end system testing.Working with the Product Manager to define cost-effective and high-quality solutions which meet the needs of the business.To plan, design, test and implement changes to the live Agresso configuration, ensuring that system changes are deployed in a cost-effective, supportable manner.To work closely with the different business units to identify opportunities for process or system improvement, and to propose, plan and implement appropriate Agresso solutions for these opportunities.Facilitate interviews and workshops with stakeholders to elicit business needs and system requirements.Translate business requirements into system requirements and documenting 'as is' and 'to be' processes flows, where required.Ensure all configuration changes are adequately documented, tested, and deployed with no detriment to the production environment.Provide implementation support, including 'cutover' planning and execution and end-user training where required. Technical RequirementsExperience of implementing Agresso Business World, Milestone 6 and above.Strong understanding and experience of implementing one or more of the following Agresso areas: Finance (GL, AR, AP, Fixed Assets, Bank Rec, Contracts), Logistics (Purchasing, Sales Orders), HR, Payroll, Expenses, Planner, Financial Information Centre, Modeler, WEBStrong understanding of one or more of the following Agresso technologies: Excelerator, BIF, Workflow, Report Engine, including report migration from rpx to rerxStrong understanding of financial and accounting processes and/or have a background in HR or PayrollGood SQL skills to query the database and configure reportsExperience of the full software projectlifecycle including hands-on experience of the following: Requirements gathering and analysisFunctional designSystem configurationTest planning and executionChange management and end user training supportImplementation supportStrong facilitation skills - experience of planning and leading workshops.Experience of working in a formal project management environment
