Are you a Welder / Team leader from a steelwork background, looking to progress your career to workshop manager and oversee a team of skilled welders? On offer is a chance to work for a rapidly growing company where you can progress your career into management. This UK based manufacturer are undergoing a period of sustained expansion. They are investing heavily into the business in the next few years making this a great time to get on board. You will be responsible for constructing products from engineering drawings, welding steelwork and overseeing other welders in the workshop. This role would suit a Welder with steelwork experience, looking for a progression into management with a growing business. The Role: *Welding steelwork for bespoke projects

*Overseeing other welders

*Monday - Friday days-based role

The Candidate: *Welder with steelwork experience

*Ideally Team leader or supervisor experience
