As part of this recruitment drive, we are currently looking for a Network Operations Engineer to be based in Liverpool DescriptionDeputise for the Lead Infrastructure Operations EngineerLead and manage an Infrastructure Operations (Hosting) team shift responsible, for data centre services (servers, switches, data storage, load balancing, proxy and firewalls)Plan, budget and account for the Infrastructure Operations (Hosting) Team's workContinuously monitor and operate hosted technologies (on-premise, PaaS, IaaS and SaaS), ensuring technologies remain available 24/7/365, performant to SLAs/OLAs, and delivering a good user and customer experienceLead the proactive identification and resolution of infrastructure issues before they impact the user/customerLead the delivery of Incident Management, diagnosing the root causes of incidents, developing work arounds and fixes, to return infrastructure and users to an operational conditionLead the delivery of Problem Management, diagnosing root causes of problems, prioritising maintenance activity and developing fixesProfile* Experience of leading engineering teams

* Proven experience with Cisco UCS, HPE 3PAR, VMware, Azure, AWS, Rubrik

* Excellent oral and written communications
