Job DescriptionRole - Business Analyst (Salesforce & Vlocity)Duration - 6 Months + Extensions (2 year project)IR35 Status - Outside Location - 100% Remote Start - 26/07/21 My Client is a start-up business in London, that is a free-thinking, cloud-focused consultancy that provides data-driven solutions to large-scale data movement projects. The clients range from global telecommunications companies to smaller companies.The team is a great mix of old and "new school" technology specialists with many different nationalities and career experiences. Due to recent growth, they are looking for a Business Analyst. You will be working on an implementation project for a large Telecoms customer This role will support a major Salesforce implementation project. The position will work with business stakeholders to ensure the prioritisation and implementation of changes for Salesforce and its applications and systemsPLEASE NOTE - Vlocity experience is essential for this role

Role & ResponsibilitiesIdentify, gather, analyse and document business requirements and translate these into technical specificationsEffectively communicate specifications and proposals to all stakeholders including management, business users and IT developers (Solution Architects, Salesforce Developers, Chief Architects, PMO's)Strong emphasis on delivery and having the ability to run small projects with tangible milestones and delivering against themCommunicate project progress via required reporting tools

Skills & Qualifications5 years experience as a Business Analyst within the Telecom domain with at least 2 years working with CRM systems (ideally Salesforce)Vlocity Experience is essential Experience working in Cloud platform is advantageousExperience of working in both Agile and Waterfall methodologiesExperience in Business Process Mapping and requirements gatheringComfortable in a technical environmentBenefitsWorking for large end client Long term project Outside IR35 anf Fully Remote.
