You can work fully remotely if required (Applicants must be based in the UK)Client DetailsThis is an opportunity to join a multi-national, highly reputable law firm who have won awards for their innovation and investment in technology. Whilst this role would preferably be based based out of their Liverpool or London offices, they are open to UK based candidates who wish to work fully remotely, with occasional (once per month) travel to one of those locations. DescriptionApplications Analyst - SCCM, AD, O365 - Liverpool/RemoteThis role sits within the IT Service Delivery team and requires an individual who is passionate about technology and great customer service. Key responsibilities would include:-Offer third-line support to end users across a wide range of applications, including document management, digital dictation, time recording and workflow/task management services. Support for the wider corporate desktop environment will also be required.? Provide third line support for Windows 10 and Office 365 applications, including a range of Office 365 add-ins.

? Support the applications team in the management and maintenance of group policy, SCCM, Intune, Active Directory and business applications.

? Manage and maintain the portfolio of applications and software updates via SCCM.

? Focusing on end users, you will offer world-class customer service. You will provide a high degree of initiative and a willingness to accept ownership of issues and requests.

? When issues arise, your priority will be to get users back up and running as quickly as possible, and afterwards you will ensure that any underlying issues are dealt with using problem management best practise.ProfileWe are looking for a proactive and highly tech-savvy person who can take on a senior/3rd line support role within the service desk team. The following experience is essential:? Office 365 and Windows 10

? Software and operating system configuration and deployment

? Group policy

? Active Directory

? SCCM The following would also be highly desirable:InTuneiManage or another Document Management SystemExperience within a law firm would be preferredExperience in an ITIL environment Job OfferThis is a full-time, permanent opportunity, although the company are open to applicants with flexible working requirements e.g part-time/condensed hours etc. You can either be based out of the Liverpool or London offices, or work remotely with monthly travel to one of these offices.
