About the role
We're looking for a Business Analyst Team Lead to be a strong, collaborative team leader, for a group of Analysts supporting one of the UK's largest charities.
With proven experience across Business Analysis (BA) you'll manage a team of Business Analysts within our Technology directorate and improve the maturity of the practice to assist the delivery of BA techniques across the organisation.
You'll be involved in resource forecasting and management, senior level engagement on strategic initiatives, quality assurance, and project consultancy from a business analysis view point. You will liaise with both internal and external parties at all levels of the organisation.
By defining and implementing effective quality control mechanisms, you'll strive for high-standards and focus on setting goals for the function to improve and add further value to the organisation.
With proven knowledge of working as a BA within Waterfall and Agile methodologies, you'll have knowledge of lean methodologies and principles as well as knowledge of testing methodologies and processes.
You'll be an experienced team lead and will have proven experience working for large, complex organisations. You'll also have worked on numerous technology implementation projects and/or products and will have experience of working with senior stakeholders.
To be successful in this role you'll have experience of the following:
• Proven experience of managing a hybrid-BA team within a large organisation
• Proven experience across a wide range of industries
• Experience of Systems and Data analysis
You'll also have strong interpersonal and relationship building skills, with the ability to develop strong working relationships quickly and with ease. With excellent communication skills you'll be able to liaise with technical and non-technical people in a clear manner. You will be able to work independently.
