44 week Contract (potential for extension)

£22 - £25 an hour (Ltd Co/Umbrella)

Are you an Site Manager with experience in Commercial Projects looking for your next immediately available, days based contract position in Stoke?

The company are a highly respected industry leader in their field who offer full build for the commercial sector. Due to a securing a new, large project they are looking to expand their team on a Contract basis with a Site Manager.

The successful candidate will need to have a background in commercial projects and who is looking for their next immediately available contract, days based role.

On offer here is an excellent opportunity for a Site Manager who is looking for an immediately available, days based contract role if wanted for a market leading Commercial Company.

The Role:

*Site Based role in Stoke

* Commercial Site Management: Tool Box Talks, H&S checks, Liaising with the Client, Managing the sub-contractors, issuing and signing off timesheets.

*44 week contract (potential for extension)

*Immediately available, contract role

The Person:

* SMSTS, First Aid, Fire Safety

* CSCS card

*Experience in Commercial projects

* Available immediately
