Role: Engineering Operations Analyst/ Digital Workplace EngineerLocation: Remote (some flexibility to come into one of the UK offices when needed - preferably near Glasgow/London)Length: 6-12 MonthsDay Rate: £300+ (Negotiable)Start Date: ASAPIR35: Inside We are looking for an Engineering Operations Analyst to assist with continuous service improvement, small projects and BAU. You will be working alongside 3 other engineers and will be expected to be flexible in your approach - some overtime and weekend work to be expected.Skills needed:Microsoft 365AD/Azure AD in a hybrid environmentKnowledge & Experience: Experience of supporting Digital Workplace environmentsSupporting, configuring and delivery of telephony platforms (Avaya) and unified comms platforms (Microsoft Teams)Basic Experience of managing and troubleshooting Windows 10 deployments.Teams (Voice & MTRs)Desirable skills/experience:Avaya Telephony PlatformWindows 10Varied Hardware exposureExperience of Remote Desktop virtualization would be a bonus (Azure Virtual Desktop & Citrix XenDesktop)Experience of Graph/Power Platform/Flow would be a bonusPlease click here to find out more about our Key Information Documents.
