This is an excellent opportunity for a Legal Counsel to join a rapidly expanding business , in a role that encourages it's people to be empowered at every level. You will play a vital part in the companies future success as it navigates through an exciting high growth phase.

Do you have experience as a Legal or General Counsel? are you seeking the chance to develop your skills and progress within an ambitious and exciting business environment?

The business has the vision to transform broadband connectivity speeds across some of the UK's most underserved communities. This will be achieved by sustainably scaling the operations through the recruitment of like-minded individuals that share the same passion for the industry. The company has set out clear growth plans and goals which include two times growth and the successful delivery of 500,000 homes by 2025.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years experience post qualification in practice of commercial law. You will have played a similar role as a Legal or General Counsel, with experience in Corporate Contract, Employment and Commercial Law.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a company offering progressing and rewards performance in a technically challenging role with the chance to assist in a company's growth and success.

The Role:

*Working closely with SMT and reporting directly to the CEO

*Advise senior stakeholders and work on a variety of business related functions across the regional offices

*Assist in the development and management of supplier relationships

*Based in Exeter, with some WFH

The Person:

*LLB Law (Hons)

*Experience working in a smilar role

*LPC or BVC

*Experience in Corporate Contract, Employment, and Commercial Law
