Customer Service Advisor

Poole

£18,999 - £21,999 - plus bonus

This position is office based

Due to international growth an exciting opportunity has arisen to join a Dorset-based eCommerce company, championing their brand to its loyal customer base as part of the Customer Service Team.

Working with global brands such as Disney, Warner Brothers and UEFA to design, develop and sell a wide range of collectable products across UK, Europe and North America, this business is currently in the process of launching their brand and e-commerce stores into Europe and North America.

Due to huge year on year growth and as part of their international expansion, they are actively seeking talented Customer Service Advisors to join their growing team to ensure a first-class customer experience across all markets.

As part of the team, you will be responsible for delivering impeccable service and care to the company's customer base, dealing with inbound phone calls, emails, live chat and social media channels. You will also be responsible for processing orders and ensuring that Trust Pilot reviews are kept positive.

You will have excellent communications skills, both verbal and written, be able to build rapport with current and new customers and also thrive on helping people and resolving problems. You will need to be comfortable working in a face-paced environment, be process driven and be proactive in contributing new ideas, giving feedback from customers to the wider business whilst being commercial aware.
