This is a new role created in the Group Finance Systems team, reporting into the Head of Finance Systems, with responsibility for managing, maintaining and continually monitoring SAP access controls, processes and governance.This is a key role in the SAP organisation and is responsible for the analysis, design, configuration and support of the SAP Security and Authorisations area.Client DetailsLarge manufacturing organisationDescriptionAs a Senior Manager, you will drive the integrity and flexibility in systems "as is", and help set the direction and pace of strategic change that supports business needs now and in the future.
Core responsibilities will include:
SAP access role design business ownerBusiness lead on the role redesign project working with external consultants to ensure the design meets the business needs and ensure the business process impacts / changes required are fully captured by working with the business change teamSupport the roll out of the new role design including UAT, business change, communications, cutover and hypercare Ensuring the SAP access request process is clearly defined, governed and documented Continuous review of the segregation of duties conflicts rule setProvide the necessary support to all SAP access audit requirementsSupport any requests for role changes or new roles to ensure they fit with the existing role design and any future strategyPro-actively engage with the global functional teams and the regional teams to ensure SAP access is aligned with the developing needs of the business
ProfileYou will have:Extensive business partnering experience with senior stakeholdersSAP Security and controls knowledge and experience including role designs, authorisations and segregation of duty challengesKnowledge of the cross functional use of SAP S4CIA or CISA qualificationSecurity Weaver access control and segregation of duty rule set experienceSolid accounting skills, diligent and accurateJob OfferSalary up to £66500+benefits.
