My telecoms client is looking for a Project Support administrator for an initial 6 month contract with the potential to extend.
This role can be done completely remote and will be inside of IR35.
What you'll be doing:
*Data analysis on Installed base - Equinix installed base report / BT billing records
*Reconciling assets to owners - reaching out to account teams / internal functional teams
*Terminating dormant assets - realising BT savings on stranded / dormant assets
*Creating 'new' accounts - BT CMS / Equinix Customer Billing Account
*Novation process management - providing Equinix with requirement / managing CMS account readiness
*Bad debt support - support the finance team with bad debt investigations
*Training Customer / user - CMS portal user training / ECP awareness training
*Project reporting - providing input to project lead and participating in weekly project reviews
Skills Required:
*Persuasive and assertive; engaging asset owners and selling the case for change.
*Logical; articulate and methodical, analytical, numerate and literate, work well under pressure, excellent time management, good team worker, ability to multi-task.
*Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, at all levels within the organisation.
*Ability to build and maintain positive relationships whilst providing support and guidance to maximise project performance.
*Cross functional working; working with people in multiple Business Units and functions.
*Continuous Improvement; identifying challenges and areas of improvement suggesting ways to enhance project performance.
*Personal attributes; punctual, tenacious, innovative, work on own initiative
- Strong Excel user who can do pivot tables and manipulate data
Expected Experience:
*Business awareness - ability to display a working understanding of the business environment and appreciation of the business applications.
*Accurately implement and work in line with Company policies and procedures including carrying out duties in accordance with the equal opportunities and health and safety policies.
*Good technical understanding of various systems and applications. Ability to use internal systems in relation to the role.
*Self-starter who can work with minimum supervision
*Ability to adapt to changing environment
*Experience of working in a large complex business environment
