Field Operations ManagerSt Ives£35,000 - £40,000 - Car Allowance + Bonus + Pension + Benefits + Training + Holidays + Remote WorkAre you an experienced field operations manager with an engineering background?Do you want to develop and grow a team of experienced engineers while upholding high quality and safety standards?This company installs and services gas and oil heating systems with a strong and growing customer base of over 400,000. They are looking to grow their engineering team to provide a brilliant service to continue on their path as they move into renewable energy, which you could play a massive part in.In this role you will build and develop the engineering team, create, maintain and ensure high quality standards, implement and control health and safety procedures while improving installation processes and costs to offer services to more customers.The ideal candidate is someone who has experience in operational management in an engineering field having demonstrated the ability to improve teams, costing, quality and health and safety standards. You are looking to develop your knowledge and help a company move into renewable energy systems.This is a brilliant opportunity to develop and grow a department within an expanding company that is looking to the future of renewable energy while providing a brilliant service and taking care of its employees.

The role:

*Remote work - 2/3 days from home.

*Developing and growing the engineering team.

*Improving operations including scheduling and costing.

*Ensuring quality and health and safety standards are adhered to.

*Remote working with the ability to come into head office on occasion.

*Training provided to improve technical understanding.

The Person:*Heating systems experience desirable.

*Operations management experience.

*Proven history of improving procedures.

*Strong communicator to build relations within the company.

*Comfortable to work remotely and travel to site.
