Role - Agile Programme LeadDuration - 5 MonthsLocation - RemoteInscope of IR35 Would you like to join an award winning global technology company.Our client is at the forefront of innovation to address the entire breadth of opportunities in the evolving world of cloud, digital and platforms.Role DescriptionWork with Product Owners and DevOps teams, and responsible for the delivery, on-going success & continuous improvement of a discrete set of products or business services, or shared products/platforms/environments that are used/consumed by other DevOps TeamsAccountable to review requirements from a testability perspective and formulate the non-functional & security testing strategyAccountable for ensuring compliance of the products and services with mandatory and regulatory requirements, control objectives in the risk and control framework and technical currency (in line with published standards and guidelines) and, with the architecture function, implementation of the business imperativesAccountable for the creation and management of epics, backlog management and prioritization across teams and for conformance to the IT operating model with regards to Agile and Technology PracticesAccountable for ensuring that all activities performed by Teams adhere to the relevant Service Management Standards, and high data quality exists in Service Management systems of recordAccountable for ensuring that test strategies across DevOps activities are in place across teams for the products they supportEnsure service resilience, service sustainability and recovery time objectives are met for all the software solutions deliveredSkills RequiredProgram Management and project Management skills Knowledge of best practices and IT operations in an always-up, always-available serviceExcellent communication skills & team playerKnowledge and/or experience with widely successful Agile techniques: User Stories, ATDD, TDD,Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing, Agile GamesApplicable knowledge of the technologies used by the team (JIRA, Confluence)Excellent communication and mentoring skillsExperience coaching at large organisationsExperience with large scale Agile: SAFE, LESS, Disciplined AgileExperience working with Behavior Based Development or Test Driven Development
