Based in the Northwest of the UK we are rapidly growing across the whole of the UK, Europe and beyond. Their office is based near Warrington, but they can offer flexible working patterns (anticipated 1 day in the office per fortnight)DescriptionProduct Manager - Digital Health - up to £48k + bonusAt the heart of everything we do is our unique ORCHA Product Management Team who are responsible for the successful delivery of our digital health solutions. On a daily basis you might be involved in conducting customer interviews and user testing, feature prioritisation, roadmap planning, translating business-to-technical requirements, product meetings as well as defining and tracking success metrics. The role consists of, but is not limited to, the following key activities:Work with the Senior Management Team and central teams to deliver service excellence.Maintain the Product Roadmap and supporting the evolution of the product strategy and visionMonitor user feedback and evolving relevant user forums and groups to support the Product evolutionManage the development 'sprint cycle' (requirements, design, build/test, user test, review) and key interactions with Development partnersRefine functional requirements through liaison with all stakeholders across the businessManage and maintain the User Interface and ExperienceManage the resolution of Product bugs and issuesManage and prioritise the product backlogReport on Development activities to support internal processesThis is a very visible role within the organisation and externally. You must be an ambitious and proactive individual who can bring ideas to the table and confidently manage relationships up to C Suite level. ProfileThe successful candidate will need at least 3 years experience in Product Management, and must come from either a Digital health, Science or healthcare related background, to truly understand the products and the innovative solution ORCHA are bringing to the sector. 3-5 years Product Management experience with customer-facing productsThorough understanding of End-to-End Product LifecycleExperience of conducting and running A/B Testing successfullyOutstanding analytical skills and demonstrated academic achievement.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience of managing complex relationships and the ability to talk and present to a range of audiencesThe ability to work under pressure on multiple projects within your project timeframesProficiency with Jira and ConfluenceExperience of working in an Agile environmentKnowledge of Cloud hosted solutions would be beneficialJob OfferThis is a role which would suit a Junior/mid level Product Manager with around 3 years experience delivering customer facing products in a digital healthcare or science related sector.
