Based in the Northwest of the UK we are rapidly growing across the whole of the UK, Europe and beyond. Their office is based near Warrington, but they can offer flexible working patterns (anticipated 1 day in the office per fortnight)

Description

Product Manager - Digital Health - up to £48k + bonus

At the heart of everything we do is our unique ORCHA Product Management Team who are responsible for the successful delivery of our digital health solutions. On a daily basis you might be involved in conducting customer interviews and user testing, feature prioritisation, roadmap planning, translating business-to-technical requirements, product meetings as well as defining and tracking success metrics. The role consists of, but is not limited to, the following key activities:

  • Work with the Senior Management Team and central teams to deliver service excellence.
  • Maintain the Product Roadmap and supporting the evolution of the product strategy and vision
  • Monitor user feedback and evolving relevant user forums and groups to support the Product evolution
  • Manage the development 'sprint cycle' (requirements, design, build/test, user test, review) and key interactions with Development partners
  • Refine functional requirements through liaison with all stakeholders across the business
  • Manage and maintain the User Interface and Experience
  • Manage the resolution of Product bugs and issues
  • Manage and prioritise the product backlog
  • Report on Development activities to support internal processes

This is a very visible role within the organisation and externally. You must be an ambitious and proactive individual who can bring ideas to the table and confidently manage relationships up to C Suite level.

Profile

The successful candidate will need at least 3 years experience in Product Management, and must come from either a Digital health, Science or healthcare related background, to truly understand the products and the innovative solution ORCHA are bringing to the sector.

  • 3-5 years Product Management experience with customer-facing products
  • Thorough understanding of End-to-End Product Lifecycle
  • Experience of conducting and running A/B Testing successfully
  • Outstanding analytical skills and demonstrated academic achievement.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience of managing complex relationships and the ability to talk and present to a range of audiences
  • The ability to work under pressure on multiple projects within your project timeframes
  • Proficiency with Jira and Confluence
  • Experience of working in an Agile environment
  • Knowledge of Cloud hosted solutions would be beneficial
