About the role:
We are looking for a proactive, analytical and technology driven individual to join a growing IT team for providing support to both on premise and remote staff. In this role you'll be providing application and system support to all users both remotely and in person within the London office, as well as administration of systems used within the Carbon Trust. Support to staff based in other UK and worldwide locations is required within UK working hours.
This position requires someone to be responsible for the day-to-day support to users for technologies used within the company. You will be responsible to provide proactive and quality customer service across the service desk, ensuring calls are responded to within a timely manner and manage issues through to resolution. This will involve accounts creation, account amendments and deletions. The undertaking of configuration of hardware for new users will be required.

Main duties and responsibilities:
Provide first and second level support to Carbon Trust staff
Account administration across all IT systems
Deployment of IT cloud-based applications and services
Support and management of the laptop environment
Take ownership of ServiceDesk calls and manage through to closure
Ensure any required documentation is maintained
Develop and maintain knowledge in the use of supported systems from both the business and technical perspectives
Engage with the user community
Other duties as required
Key skills we are looking for:
Good analytical/problem solving skills with attention to detail
Good knowledge and experience of troubleshooting Windows 10, Microsoft Office suite and general IT systems
A positive can-do attitude with exceptional time management skills
Must be able to manage workload and adapt to rapidly changing priorities
Will need to show ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment with minimal supervision
Excellent oral, presentation, written communications and planning skills
Qualifications and experience:
Essential:
Strong interest in IT technology
Experience working within a small to medium size company environment supporting staff located around the world
Experience in a 1st to 2nd level technical support role in Azure/Intune
Microsoft Office 365/Win10 based environment
Experience in administering and supporting Microsoft Office 365 system administration (Exchange/Outlook, Teams, and user/license management)
Excellent communication and customer facing skills
Self-motivating and proactive approach
Desirable:
Experience using Microsoft Endpoint/Intune Security and Device Management
Experience using Azure AD
Experience using Office 365 SharePoint
Salary & Benefits:
