To be responsible for the management and development of the collaboration and productivity technologies at SAGE, delivering continuous improvements, balancing reliability, adaptability and ensuring productivity and user satisfaction goals are met. Develop strategies to ensure use of productivity, collaboration and communication tools align with SAGE's overall strategy and mission. To play a key role in the self-managed Productivity Technologies Team as a technology evangelist and ambassador with a passion for technology and productivity. Essential job functions and responsabilities  Be the evangelist for productivity and collaboration technologies within SAGE, driving the modern digital workplace and enabling personal productivity. Conduct user and product research. Understand the user impact of changes, generate the product roadmap, integrated plans for product introduction, communication and develop productivity strategies. Anticipate SAGE's needs, challenge the business, and identify opportunities to innovate, helping us use productivity tools more effectively, getting the most out of our applications, services, and products. Keep up to date on the Microsoft roadmap, represent SAGE at events and conferences and look for new opportunities within the space. Be responsible for the promotion of Microsoft 365 and other Microsoft Tools within SAGE. Collaborating on training and education of end-users on Microsoft 365 capabilities and collaboration tools. Prioritize a product backlog and execute projects that create and deploy new features, products, and functionality. Monitor products and projects, reporting on delivery, organizational productivity, and collaboration. Be an active member of the user community, support and coach within the team, leading employee groups and a Community of Practice. Build relationships with key members of other core business functions, executive management, and other Technology teams. Leverage your technical knowledge to write, produce and present technical articles, videos, and presentations. Uphold security and privacy standard practices and ensure that security is embedded in each activity. Continually learn and facilitate the democratization of technology. Qualifications and Education Proven experience of planning, organizing, and managing projects. Demonstratable experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or IT Manager. Possess a passion for continuous learning, strong problem-solving skills, and critical thinking. Excellent stakeholder management skills at all levels of the organisation. Excellent organisational, planning and time management skills. Knowledge and experience of Microsoft 365 products to make recommendations based on in-depth research and determination of the options. Influencing skills at all levels of the business and with external parties. Commercially focused, driven to help achieve company objectives. Great communicator, comfortable talking to people both 1-1 and in front of a group. Language, Reasoning, Analytical and Mathematical Skills Great communicator, comfortable talking to people both 1-1 and in front of a group.
