Job Title: Head of On-Boarding

Salary: £42,000 plus bonus

Location: Edinburgh

Our client is a growing hospitality tech business with a large bulk of what they provide in workforce management. They are looking for someone that will be responsible for the successful implementation of solution and protection of the customer success experience for their users.

About the position

Liaise with PM to analyze and maximize team utilization

Convert contracts to reoccurring revenue

Improve implementation life cycle

Lead and manage the on-boarding team

The successful candidate

Successful leadership experience

Hospitality experience

Ability to influence others

Strong analytical and trouble shooting skills

Previous on-boarding CSM experience
