Customer Success - On-boarding Consultant

UK

Up to £30,000pa plus benefits

The Role

Lead customer through on-boarding journey

Provide guidance and documentation to handover to success team

Understand complex needs of customers

Manage multiple projects simultaneously

Work closely with extended teams

Key Skills

Project management skills and/or certification

Strong analytical approach

Excellent organisation and attention to detail

Ability to manage complex demands in a rapid growth environment

The Ideal Candidate:

Experience working in hospitality sector

Previous onboarding/CSM experience

Additional language skills a huge benefit

This is a fast paced, agile working environment where the team moves quickly to meet the needs of some of the world's biggest hospitality providers. The role is remote and as such candidates can be based anywhere in the UK.
