Known locally for a great place to work, this is a small and steady business that offers a fantastic exposure to new technologies whilst working in a supportive and varied environment.
You will be responsible for providing 1st, 2nd, and 3rd line support to a range of businesses in the South West region. You will split working remotely at their offices as well as customer sites in Bristol. Technology will include but not limited too; Windows Desktop, Server, Cloud services (Azure), system upgrades, pc troubleshooting, network administration and more.
Great role for an experienced IT Support Engineer looking for technical career progression into newer technologies whilst in a friendly, flexible and long-term career environment.
*On and off-site IT support.
*Face to face on site customer support- (Bristol and South West region).
*Small, stable, and friendly managed service provider.
*1st, 2nd, and 3rd line Support.
*Windows / Servers / Networking administration
*Working within different environments and industries.
*Exposure to the latest and greatest technologies
*1st, 2nd, and 3rd line support experience
* Network Administration experience
*Windows Experience (Office, Desktop, server)
* Experience working within a cloud environment (Azure or AWS)
* Full driving licence and own car
* Prepared to travel to a number of customer sites.
