Customer Support Network Engineer

Main tasks As Customer Support Network Engineer, you are responsible for the remote technical implementation of Explore, SDWAN and voice solutions for professional customers.

Technical knowledge

You will have hands-on experience with Cisco routers for configuration and problem analysis.

Cisco knowledge is equivalent to CCNA level.

Knowledge of OneAccess routers is an asset.

You have a very good knowledge of IP addressing.

Languages You are sufficiently bilingual in NL / FR to manage a portfolio of national clients. Knowledge of English is an added advantage.
