About us

The RCOG is a professional membership association dedicated to improving women's health care across the world. We do this by setting standards for clinical practice, providing doctors with training and lifelong learning, and working with partners to advocate for women's health and health care across their life course. We are a global leader in this specialist area, supporting 16,000 members in the UK and internationally. We are a values-led organisation placing high standards, innovation, openness, inclusiveness and trust at the centre of all we do.

About the role

Reporting to the Head of Technical Support, you will be proactive in identifying faults to the network and will provide hardware and software troubleshooting across the RCOG and in remote locations.

A customer-focused individual, you will provide first and second line support for all network devices and applications as well as overseeing calls made to the IMT Service Desk. You will also be responsible for delivering basic system administration to the College and configuring PCs for internal and external events.

 About you

As the ideal candidate, you will have:

  • Demonstrable experience in an IT support role within a Microsoft Windows based environment
  • Experience in a customer facing role
  • Strong IT skills and familiarity with a range of PC Windows based IT systems and software within a medium-sized business environment
  • Knowledge of network infrastructure and general troubleshooting (IP based networking)
  • Knowledge of LAN and WAN

Benefits

As a key member of the team, you will be located in our brand new, bespoke offices in London Bridge. We offer a friendly working environment with an excellent benefits package that includes:
