What is the role doing? 2nd line deskside and remote support l. What is the technical environment, & minimum (technical) skills/experience needed? W10/W7 OS experience O365 experience HW break/fix IMACD Experience of ticket management in Remedy system would be ideal Are there any professional accreditations required for the role? Must have excellent customer facing skills as this role in interfacing with trust staff at all levels Does the contractor need experience of working in any particular sector? Desirable previous NHS experience but not essential Will the contractor be working alone or in a team? Part of a team of 2 desktop 2nd line engineers, Does the person need to travel for the role?
