On site IMAC (Installs, moves and changes) resource to support, installs, moves and changes, Floor Walking and Build Functions across HSBC Central sites - either EDM or 1CS. Must be HSBC cleared, site familiar is preferable and access to HSBC systems.

* Able to understand user requirements and guide them towards a fix

* Able to complete break fix calls at deskside

* Able to complete deskside installs, monitors, docking stations, VDI, similar

* Is familiar with today's technologies used in the workplace (Windows 7 / 10, Office 2016, VPN's, BYOD, Jabber, OneNote)

* Is willing to learn support of bespoke hardware / software used on customer sites

* Is familiar with working to SLA's

* Is familiar from logging requests / incidents as they come in (ServiceNow)

* Must be flexible and be willing to support non BAU functions
