Project Manager (Commercial Fit Out)

Monday - Friday (Days)

6 Month Contract (potential for extension)

£280-£320 Per Day (Ltd Co/Umbrella) (Outside IR35)

Are you an Project Manager with experience in Commercial Fit Out projects looking for your next immediately available, days based contract position in the London area?

The company are a highly respected industry leader in their field who offer fit out for office refurbishments. Due to a securing multiple new, large projects they are looking to expand their team on a Contract basis with an Project Manager.

The successful candidate will need to have a background in Commercial Projects and who is looking for their next immediately available contract, days based role.

On offer here is an excellent opportunity for a Commercial Project Manager who is looking for an immediately available, days based contract role if wanted for a market leading Commercial Fit Out Contractor.

The Role:

*Site Based role around London

* Commercial Project Management: Planning & budget management, pre-construction, site organisation, liaising with the client- site walk around, post construction meetings

*2 month contract (potential for extension)

*Immediately available, contract role

The Person:

* SMSTS, First Aid, Fire Safety, NVQ 6/7

* CSCS card

*Experience on Hotel Refurbishments

* Available immediately
