master data manager innocent started with a simple mission: to make drinks that make it easy to do yourself some good. In 1999 we concocted a few smoothies in our kitchen and tested them on people at a music festival; today we're blending every type of fruit & veg under the sun and selling drinks right across Europe. We have great ambitions: to show the world that you can build a successful business that cares about more than just profit, and to leave things better than we find them. We're proud to call ourselves Europe's favourite little healthy drinks company, but we're still growing. And that means we need more brilliant people who share our ambition, to join in with the next, most exciting, part of our story. what you'll be doing We're looking for a Master Data Manager to join our expanding Business Operations team. We want to be known as "The Earth's Favourite Healthy Little Drinks Company" which means setting ambitious and inspiring targets.  To us this means doing the right thing by our people, the planet and the community. We want to foster a community & team that are truly proud of the products that they make and the impact we can have whilst we do it. The whole team will want to connect to the wider community, doing our bit and being a true B Corp. This is a very exciting time to join innocent as we are currently transforming the systems and processes that sit at the heart of our business while, at the same time, we're building The Blender, a carbon-neutral factory. Reporting to the Data and Analytics Lead, you will be responsible for designing and implementing a framework for master data management and governance. This will be crucial to ensure we stay on top of all the data coming from systems at The Blender, our new ERP and PLM systems, and others. In this role, you will be responsible for: Ultimately ensuring we have a uniform set of accurate master data across all systems (one version of the truth) Design and implement a framework for MDM governance Champion data maintenance principles Own and maintain data mapping / data dictionary resources Monitor and govern data quality across relevant systems Ensure we adhere to relevant security standards and data regulations Support data classification and implementation of controls to mitigate risk you'll have  Experience in, or knowledge of Master Data Management, Metadata Management, Data Quality and Data Lineage tooling and principles Strong communication and interpersonal skills (capable of explaining technical concepts to non-technical business users) Leadership / management experience Self-motivated and proactive It would really tip the scales in your favour if you also had:  Experience being part of a Data Management implementation programme Experience with D365, Azure SQL database, Data Lake and Power BI FMCG background you'll get Our technology teams are setting out on a new mission to help innocent work smarter. We're investing in the biggest transformation of our technology in our 21 year history - implementing a new core based around a Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP, building a new (and our first) technology enabled manufacturing site in Rotterdam ‘the blender' and learning how to grow our business across the world with launches in Tokyo and Shanghai. And, if being a part of all that wasn't enough, you will be joining a brand new team (Data & Analytics) to the business where you can have a real impact from the start. In return for everything you can bring, we can offer you an exciting, challenging role in a fast-growing and dynamic business, with plenty of career opportunities across Europe as well as a competitive rewards pack. If you think you have everything we're looking for and more, then we'd love to hear from you. You'll need to get your skates on though, as applications close soon.

Dolly Parton may have worked Nine to Five but you don't have to. We're open to a chat about flexible working. No promises, but we reckon that if it's good for you, then it's good for us.

We're all about building a workplace for the future here at innocent, we believe in equal opportunities and we celebrate diversity. We're an inclusive workplace, where everyone is welcome, everyone can be natural, and be the best versions of themselves.

You'll help us to keep doing business the right way - keeping innocent an inclusive and inspiring place to work, using our B Corp status to inspire wider change, and reinforcing our culture of staying little as we grow big.
