Senior Programme Manager - Digital Transformation

£80,000 - £100,000 DOE + Benefits +Bonus + Hybrid Working

Farnborough Are you a Programme Manager with experience delivering large Digital Transformation programmes who's looking for your next challenge? An opportunity has arisen with a global defence company to play a key role in their ongoing Digital Transformation programme.You will be working closely with Senior Management to lead the implementation of a new productivity platform of Microsoft 365, Intranet and Knowledge Management using Agile and waterfall based methodologies. The ideal candidate will have experience delivering projects using Microsoft 365, Azure, and SuccessFactors as well as possessing strong stakeholder management skills.ResponsibilitiesDelivery of the Productivity ProgrammeLine management of project managers within the Business Systems Programme, another element of the Digital and Data Transformation ProgrammeResponsible for supply chain managementProgramme-level reporting, risk and issue managementPlanning and scheduling of activities and resources at programme levelRequirementsPrevious experience delivering Digital Transformation programmesStrong stakeholder management skills (working at Director level)Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure or SuccessFactors
