My client are looking for an Infrastructure Analyst. Client Details My client is world renowned sports governing body looking for an Infrastructure Analyst to join their team.DescriptionMonitor operational environment including servers, networks, computer and security software.Undertake routine operational duties, including checking and testing of backups, proactive maintenance, monitoring of scheduled tasks and overnight activities.Manage patching on server environment, network equipment and client devices throughout the officeManage anti-virus environment and ensure all server and client devices are kept up to date and Maintain supplier contacts with 3rd party service and equipment providers and assist in specifying, sourcing and procurement of software and hardware when necessary.Assist with installations, upgrades and configurations of all hardware, software and related services within corporate IT network ensuring installations meet performance, resilience, and security standards.Provide 2nd and 3rd line support where applicable for escalated user support requests.Willingness to travel as required to other company sites for the purpose of onsite supportProfileProven experience providing 2nd and 3rd Line supportMust have cloud experience, preferably Azure of Microsoft 365 Window Server experience requiredActive DirectoryGroup Policy ManagementVirtualisationEndpoint SecurityEmail SecurityNetworking - Switches, Firewalls.Software-based telephone systemJob OfferSalary paying up to £33,000Opportunity to work alongside like minded people Fantastic platform for growing career
