Due to the expansion plans in place they are looking for a Head of Engineering to lead, improve and maintain the current engineering processes.This role would suit a highly experienced Manager with a strong and vast Engineering background who is looking to play a fundamental role in the continued success and excellence of the business. The Role:

- Overall responsibility to maintain and improve all engineering processes and identify new methods to advance the company operations further

- Ensure that all quality and performance standards are agreed and adhered too to help the company maintain the highest reputation

- Operational performance - working closely with suppliers to bring more advanced engineering services in-houseThe Person:

- Must have a significant engineering background

- You will ideally have Medical Engineering knowledge/experience but other backgrounds will be considered

- Looking for a key role in the Management Team of an excellent organisation
