Are you from an Ecology / Arboriculture background, looking to join an industry-leading Consultancy, as the 'Head of Department', where you will lead, expand and develop your own team of highly-skilled technical experts?
This well-established and rapidly-expanding Consultancy offer an excellent opportunity to join them at a Directorship level position; a key role that involves 50% management / business development responsibilities and 50% technical leadership.
Over recent years, this Consultancy has gone from strength-to-strength and they are continuing with their ambitious plans for growth, which you will play an important and pivotal role in. They have a fantastic reputation for retaining, progressing and developing all of their departments and staff.
On offer is a highly-autonomous role, where you will directly manage, grow and train-up your own team of Ecologists / Arboriculturists, whilst taking on business development and commercial responsibilities. You will also work with the company's most substantial clients and take the technical lead on their most valuable projects.
This role suits someone from an Ecology / Arboriculture background, who may have held the following titles (not limited to): Head of Department.Director. Principal Ecologist. Principal Arboriculturist.
