The Role As a Sogeti consultant, you will be part of the Digital Assurance and Quality Engineering practice and represent Sogeti by providing expert solutions to our customers to help us maintain our position as a leader in the market. You will work on different client sites in a range of industries that include; well-known global brands, telecoms, government, finance, insurance, aerospace and media/digital. You will gain exposure to a variety of tools and technologies that will allow you to continuously develop as a subject matter expert in quality engineering. As a Senior Test Analyst - Consultant at Sogeti, you can: Work with the latest testing tools and upskill in different technologies through our work on various customer sites Represent a global Sogeti brand with a range of customers to gain invaluable experience, quickly. As a Senior Test Analyst - Consultant, we're looking for: Essential Previous experience in a Test Analyst role, working in a consultancy environment Demonstrable experience meeting with Subject Matter Experts and other stakeholders to understand scope of the project, using effective communication skills Some experience of using any test automation, using tools such as Selenium, UFT, Tosca, Eggplant or other well-known automation tools Experience designing tests to mitigate risk; then the ability to create and execute those tests Ability to write comprehensive defect reports Demonstrable experience providing objective feedback to technical and non-technical colleagues Critical thinking to be able to troubleshoot and problem solve Demonstrable experience working as part of a team Prioritisation, organisation and good decision-making skills We have multiple roles open, including at Test Lead level. If you want to go for a Test Lead level role, you must have demonstrable leadership experience Ability to be adaptable depending on the needs of the business and/or project Flexibility on travel / work locations during the working week ISEB / ISTQB or equivalent certification in testing at foundation level or above Desirable Understanding of any development technologies and frameworks Working knowledge of Jira
