Interim Assistant Technical Manager (Food Manufacturing)£40,000-£50,000 + Excellent Benefits6 Month Fixed Term Contract (minimum)Monday-Friday days (Full time)Northwich, Cheshire Are you an Assistant Technical Manager who has experience in food/FMCG manufacturing? Are you immediately available and looking for a long term contract? This position is responsible for supporting the Technical Manager on all customer specifications, ensuring compliance to all legal and regulatory requirements. The company are a highly respected food manufacturer that are going through an exciting period of growth, development and exciting upgrades. This role will therefore suit an Assistant/Technical Manager who has a strong background within the food manufacturing industry and understands food safety, quaility and legislation compliance. The Role: * Support/lead on the auditing/audits* Take a lead role in the adherence to Allergen management/control* Coordinate and support to deliver commercial plans on NPD / EPD with exemplary Product launch execution performance.* Support the delivery of sustainability, environmental and responsible sourcing initiatives and targets. The Person: * Good Understanding of required food safety legislation to deliver correct specifications

* Will have worked with a variety of customers including brand and Retail (Must have M&S)

* Knowledge in dealing with Brexit
