Junior Business Intelligence AnalystSalary- Up To £30,000 My client is looking for a Junior Business Intelligence Analyst to join their rapidly expanding company. You will be responsible for the development and delivery of all forms of reporting and analysis ensuring the business is provided with business reports, dashboards, KPI's and variance analysis as required.My client also offers many great benefits such as, the opportunity to further progress your career. My client really understands the importance of work life balance which is why they also offer a range of flexible working arrangements which include WFH / Flexible working.Qualifications and Experience:Essential:-Numerical and analytical skills.-Advanced Microsoft excel.-Communication skills across written / verbal and listening mediums with particular reference to attention to detail.-Experience of BI reporting tools.-Ability to work independently.Desired:-External data gathering and analysis experience.-Accounting knowledge / awareness.-Experience using SQL.-Experience of Data warehousing tools.Reporting-Receives data requests from the business, ensures appropriate discussion and challenge on content of requirements, prior to development of reports.-Develops and provides the business with accurate bespoke reports as defined and agreed.-Ensures recurring reports are developed accurately and provided to the business within the appropriate timescale.-Seeks guidance and clarity on report requirements when unsure of content or need.-Supports the ownership and development of the Company's Business Intelligence (BI) software as required.-Use of Atlas and ZAP software to generate reports. Analysis-Provides solid information and data research both internally and externally to support the -analysis process.-Analyses the information and data to understand the impact on the business.-Supports business managers with the interpretation of data and proposes recommendations for improvements.
