This well-established company are UK leaders in the design, manufacture, installation and service of fume cupboards and safety cabinets. They have already amassed a successful reputation UK wide and are looking for an ambitious individual to take the next step in their career to join them in an interesting role where you'll be a key-player in the development of their product range.

In this varied role, you'll be managing the processes behind product development (modifications to existing range & new product). Dealing with compliance, warranty, technical files, O&M Manuals. This role with also include some people management when overseeing the design engineers and delivering technical training/being point of contact for technicalities to all staff.

The Role:

*Overseeing Production Development (new & existing products)

*Overseeing the CAD/Design Engineers

*Overseeing compliance, warranty, technical documents and O&M Manuals of the products

*Deliver Technical Training to staff and customers

*On-the-job training in their niche industry

The Person:

*Electrical Engineering Qualification Essential with some Mechanical Competencies

*Any manufacturing background considered

*Previous experience with Product Development

*Looking to take the next step to a Management Level role
