In this office base role, you'll be the main point of contact with regards to the maintenance issues. This involves keeping a maintenance log and scheduling both PPM and reactive maintenance duties. This role will be a hybrid between the office in Liverpool City Centre and WFH.

The Role:

*Main point of contact regarding maintenance issues

*Scheduling and coordinating PPM and Reactive work

*Scheduling in-house team and contractors

*Based between the office and home working

The Person:

*Previous experience in a Maintenance Scheduling role

*Ideally from a Facilities Management background

*Good customer service skills
