Quality Analyst - Birmingham - c£30,000Quality Analyst - Birmingham - c£30,000 My client, the fastest growing, most innovative Investment Platform and Software provider, is looking for Quality Analysts to join their team. Key Responsibilities:The main purpose of the QA role is to validate and monitor the quality of our portfolio of products via the application of structured testing.Manual Testing - Conduct manual test suites against software products.Test Planning - Write own test plans documenting the purpose and approach of the testing to be carried out.Test Script Creation - Write own test cases and test scripts for regression suites and functional development suites.Conduct Static Testing - Conduct Static testing in the form of spec reviews.Bug logging and Tracking - Taking ownership of the defects to ensure they are adequately resolved.Automation Testing - Review Automation tests for coverage, usefulness and reusability. Requirements:Good understanding of ALM (Application Lifecycle Management)Good understanding of Development MethodologiesHold a valid ISTQB foundation certificate or will have experience in a previous QA roleExperience working in a software development environment.
