IT helpdesk Supervisor
Manchester
£26,000pa plus out of hours bonus of £2600
The Role
Responsible for supervision of helpdesk
Provide support and escalation for helpdesk analysts
Ensure out of hours support is covered
Escalate issues to wider IT team
Provide IT training
Represent the IT department
Key Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Fantastic attention to detail
Results driven
The Ideal Candidate:
2 years' experience in a similar role
Supervisory experience
Degree level qualification preferred but not essential
Happy to work out of hours to meet needs of the business
