Junior SRE / Infrastructure Engineer London to £50k

Junior SRE / Infrastructure Engineer (Kubernetes AWS Bash Python). Opportunity for a bright and driven Junior SRE / Infrastructure Engineer to take on a challenging role within a hugely successful start-up that uses Artificial Intelligence to harness knowledge for strategic, competitive advantage.

As a Junior SRE / Infrastructure Engineer you'll be working within a mature infrastructure environment where everything is well looked after and defined. You'll take on a range of tasks including environment maintenance, new configurations to set up new services for platforms and DevOps support and will use a number of technologies such as AWS, Kubernetes, Bash and Python. The services are looked after 24/7 and therefore you will need to occasionally do on-call weekend and evening work.

Requirements:

Experience working as an SRE or Infrastructure Engineer within a small to medium size business

Scripting experience using Bash and Python

Good knowledge of AWS

Ideally you'll have experience using Kubernetes or must be willing to learn

Ideally be degree educated in Computer Science or similar

Excellent communication and collaboration skills
