DescriptionAgile Project Manager / Scrum Master to play a key role in the delivery of Digital transformation/ Agile development projects;The role is primarily focused on the management, development and day-to-day leadership of a small team of developers both onshore and offshore working to deliver solutions;The person will be responsible for managing the team and project within an Agile methodology, leveraging appropriate best practice project management techniques;You will manage the schedule, resource, financial project budget and control project initiation, delivery and completion.Plan, control and manage the delivery of a Portfolio of projects to meet the agreed business needs, acquiring and utilising the necessary resources and skills, within agreed parameters of cost, timescales and quality;Ensure that all projects are appropriately planned as per guidance from the IT PMO Controls and Governance Models;Conduct regular reviews and reports progress against the project budget and project plan.Operate the PMO's risk framework to identify and manage the required outcome of potential risks and opportunities.Liaison, communication and effective management of suppliers, the Business and other functions to ensure each project's effective delivery on schedule and within budget;Report on budgets, resourcing, project(s) status, risks and issues to the Portfolio.ProfileExperienced Project Manager, IT Manager with significant demonstrable experience shaping and delivering a number of ERP projects within a multi-divisional business;An understanding of assigned business functional domain including business operating model, activities, data, process, and information requirements;A Dynamic self-starter with the ability to the get the job done;Strong understanding / recognised qualification relating to the disciplines of project management including best practice methodologies e.g. Prince 2 Practitioner, Agile, APMP, Scrum Master etc;Understanding/ recognised qualification of IT Service Management e.g. ITIL;Exhibits authority and leadership, takes responsibility, is Independent and self-starting;Demonstrates teamwork at the highest level, highly collaborative approach, among the first to volunteer to help others succeed;Highly customer and delivery focused, meeting and exceeding customer expectations; Job OfferA great career opportunity to join an established brand well known for innovation with a proven track record of career development and progression for its staff.
