Senior Project Manager - Qinetiq

Farnborough, Hampshire

Up to £660 per day (dependent upon experience)

Contract - 3 months (happy to discuss contract to permanent for the right candidate) About the role:Here at Qinetiq, we are looking for a skilled Senior Project Manager to join our team at our Farnborough location. You will be working on a project which provides test facilities for the Royal Navy based in Scotland. The project involves the implementation of sensors in the water to test submarines before deployment. You will be upgrading an existing system. The project has already finished stage 1 and will be entering into the second stage continuing into next year (2022).

Desirable Experience & Qualifications:Degree (or equivalent experience) in appropriate disciplineHold a recognised PM qualification (APM Project Professional Qualification (PPQ) or Prince2)Experience using Agile methodologies and MS ProjectExperience in Defence, Aerospace or other closely related sectorsEligible for SC clearance (active clearance is desirable but not essential)QinetiQ is made up of dedicated experts in defence, aerospace, security and related markets, all working together to explore new ways of protecting what matters most.
