A multitude of opportunities for the right candidate experience in residential design and knowledge of the residential engineering sector as you run your own projects in the office with creative and knowledgeable colleagues.

In this role you will work from the design teams office in an autonomous role overseeing up to 3 projects, attend and contribute to meetings relating to any technical matter and relating correspondence to relevant departments and contractors. You will work from plans, drawings and contracts to produce findings from pre-planning to handover stage and liaise in other departments with information.

The role:

* Technical Co-Ordinator/ Architectural Technician.

* Manage technical side of projects.

* Read/Create findings from drawings.

* Relay technical matter for projects to relevant departments.

The person:

* Technical Co-Ordinator from a residential background.

* Engineering/Technical background.

* CAD/strong IT skills.

* Relevant qualification desirable.
