Sales Engineer-Mechanical/Electrical (Office and Field Based)

Stockport, with International travel (overnight stays will be fully subsidised and time off in lieu given for additional hours)

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 + Bonus + Pension + Flexitime + Share Options + 25 days leave

Are you an experienced Sales Engineer, ideally from either a Mechanical or Electrical background, looking for an opportunity to work in a key role within the business? The role offers superb future career progression and the business grows.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a company on the upward curve. The company have won a number of new orders nationally and internationally and are rapidly expanding so now is the time to join.

Our client designs, manufactures and offers support in power engineering monitoring systems. They are looking to expand their team.

This position will be the first point of contact and the face of the business, with focus on business development and international product promotion.

Tasks will include:

Development and management of new sales opportunitiesHelp grow business through customer solutions and distributor managementInternational customer and distributor visits, delivering training and product demonstrations. The role will be 60% field based and 40% office basedConducting on site surveys of assets to generate customer quotations

To apply you should have:

Academic/working background in a Engineering discipline, ideally Mechanical or ElectricalExperience in a sales or customer facing engineering role, dealing with clients in the scientific or technology sectors.Willing to travel internationally for extended periods. Any international experience would be welcome
