Dynamics 365 CE / CRM Manager - Remote - Permanent - Up to £45k Per YearI am currently looking for a Dynamics 365 CE / CRM Manager who has got experience implementing, supporting and enhancing current business applications primarily focusing on MS Dynamics CRM. I am currently working with an end user to fulfil this position.They would like you to be an active member in all CRM related projects across the organisation. You will be required to have detailed knowledge in a D365 CE / CRM environment.Experience:Play a lead role in CRM implementation projects.Train and mentor business users on the CRM functionality within their departments.Maintain system continuity by monitoring and writing specifications for change when required.Recommend changes to business process to improve overall business efficiency.Keep current with the latest technologies and determine with the Technical Group what new technology solutions will meet business and system requirements.Develop and implement standard systems, develop operating procedures, best practices, including providing written policies for guidance to IT staff.To apply:If you think this role is suitable for you please send your CV to [email protected] Frank International is the Global Leader in Microsoft Recruitment, advertising more Microsoft jobs than any other agency.
