Are you an experienced IT Support Technician with good knowledge and understanding of IP networking, routing and switching? Are you looing to develop your skills within a market leading company?With the challenges that we have all faced in 2020/21 due to COVID-19 this organization have been busier than ever. Through growth they are looking for a 1st/2nd line support engineer to work in real time operations to service level agreements across mobile phones and the network.You will be expected to help build mobile phones, set up end user accounts and load applications via Intune. You will also be tasked with managing issues, complaints, order status amongst other customer support activities as well as aid in any technical issues with mobile tech. This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone with 1st/2nd line support within a customer focussed mobile phone environment to join an expanding company that works in partnership with global clients.
