CRM Manager - London - £55kA well-established non -for-profit membership body are looking for a CRM Manager to join their growing in-house team.You will take ownership of the D365 CE and CRM system to provide end users with 1st and 2nd line support - completing any customisations and configurations to improve the functionality of the system. Experience with line management is essential as you will manage a small team of 2 to provide support and training when required.You will be required in the office based in Bracknell 2 days per week.For this role, you should have:Extensive experience using MS Dynamics CRM and D365 - including in customising, configuring and implementing.The ability to provide 1st and 2nd line support of Dynamics CRM.Experience with line management - managing and training a small team.Excellent communication to train end users on the functionalities of the system and to manage relationships with partners.
