My Cambridge based client are looking for an experienced software test team lead to join them, managing a team of 3 test engineers with the view to double the team in size over the next year or so. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to take the next step on the path to technical team management with an exciting company that are at the forefront of advancements in the IoT Security space. The successful Test Team Lead will initially need to be hands on (about 40-50% of the time) and the rest of the time they will be responsible for line management and looking at the test infrastructure. You will also be responsible for producing test strategies, improvement plans, designing, developing and improving the test automation framework and have experience in managing test tools and environments that support test programmes. You must have hands on experience in the following areas;Python Scripting - from scratchExperience with either JIRA, Github or TeamCityTesting embedded software through to middlewareAny prior experience in IoT Security or Cryptography is highly advantageous but not essential.
