The Met Police's mission is to keep London safe for everyone. To do so, we're learning all the time. You'll deliver effective development strategies across our organisation - and help us protect Londoners. As a Senior LMS Analyst, you'll help us to get the most from our Learning Management System (LMS) and help us stay at the forefront of 21st century policing.

You'll be responsible for the delivery, maintenance and development of the Met's LMS. We want to modernise the learning journey, from planning to enrolment, you'll implement best practices in learning and talent solutions. With excellent interpersonal skills, you'll provide daily platform support to front-line officers and staff.

You'll enjoy working collaboratively, and lead a diverse team enabling learning and development. You'll draw on their experience as well as your own to ensure the smooth transition from build to delivery. Plus, you'll identify opportunities to improve, and liaise with key stakeholders and the Met's wider learning network.

With a keen eye for detail, you'll work with an extended team to ensure data capture and load is appropriately managed. You'll have a robust quality assurance process and use it to oversee the correct allocation of resources. Plus, you'll have knowledge of data protection and legislation.

To join, experience with project rollouts (such as Agile or Hybrid) is essential. You'll also have a strong grasp on LMS and people development technologies. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field is also essential.
